West Midland Safari Park

On Saturday (April 1st), Joe took the three of us and my mom and little sister to the Safari Park and although it rained on us a few times, we all had a brilliant day!

I’d never been there as an adult and I didn’t remember it from when I was a child so I was actually really excited to go.

At first, I was scared to feed the animals whilst we were driving around but once I’d fed one, I was fine and I loved it.

Because of the weather (or because it wasn’t peak season) some of the animals – most noticeably the giraffes – were not walking around like they usually do.

I had such a good time and I was a huge fan of the dinosaurs – I took a million and one photos of them all.

If you’ve never been before, I’d definitely recommend it for a family day out. There is lots to do once you’re out of your car, too! And there are places to eat as well as a small theme park.

I thought I’d share some of the photos that I took with you all

Also, I realised that these are the first photos of my daughter and fiancé that will appear on my blog!
